Jessie Garza — Founder & Inventor

For 27 years I served as a U.S. Probation and Pretrial Services Officer in the Northern District of Texas — conducting federal investigations, background interviews, and supervising individuals through some of the most consequential moments of their lives.

I spent years watching officers — myself included — walk out of interviews and spend the next several hours reconstructing what was said, transcribing notes, and producing reports that were due yesterday. The information we handled was too sensitive to trust to any cloud-based AI tool. So we kept doing it the hard way.

I knew there had to be a better solution. Not a general-purpose AI tool adapted for law enforcement — but something built from the ground up for this work, by someone who understood exactly what was needed and exactly what could never be compromised.
